1. Are session cookies enabled?
   These are used only to hold information about you during your visit and you cannot use the site without them. If you are concerned about privacy then please see our privacy policy. If you need to enable session cookies then follow the procedure outlined below:
   For Internet Explorer 5 or later. Select the tools menu and click on Internet Options. In the resulting window select the privacy tab and click advanced then tick both the 'override automatic cookie handling' and 'always allow session cookies' options before clicking the OK button to return to the main screen.
2. Are you entering your full email address?
   Your email address must be complete and should be in the format name@domain.extension, for example contact@postadvd.co.uk is a valid email address wheras postadvd.co.uk is would not be.
3. Are you entering the correct password?
   You must enter the password which is stored on our database. As the password in encrypted using one-way encryption for maximum security we cannot tell you what it is, but you can reset it using your security phrase by entering our password reset facility.
4. Has your account been suspended?
   If we have reason to suspect that you have been abusing our system in any way then we reserve the right to block access from your account. You will have received an email confirming this suspension. Any discussion regarding this should be conducted via an email to abuse@postadvd.co.uk
